Info: Natsumi is an ordinary girl who runs a photo studio called Hikari Photo Studio with her Grandfather (Eijiro). She keeps on getting bothered with angry customers because Tsukasa has taken blurry photos. Natsumi frequently has dreams about Kamen Rider Decade killing all the riders and winning the "Rider War". In "Kuuga's Word" Natsumi's dream is continued when Kuuga and Decade survive the war and fight with full force against eachother. Natsumi can take charge when she wants to and is trained to use the "Hikari laughing pressure point", which she uses many times on Tsukasa. Natsumi has a no tolerance attitude towards life ad she is very strict. In episode 6 she gets arrested for murder but she didn't do it. She gets taken to rider court where the riders fight until there is one left who decides the faith of Natsumi. In episode 7 when Ryuki uses Time Vent Momoi doesn't get killed so Natsumi doesn't get arrested but she cannot remember any of this. Natsumi gets possessed by the four Imajin in Den-O's world and she transforms into Den-O.

Eijiro will do many thing for someone else and he is a peaceful man. Eijiro will welcome people with open arms and he thinks that everyone should be friends. Eijiro wears older clothes than usual people and he hardly ever goes out of the studio. Even though Eijiro is the eldest he always acts like one of the youngest by playing with make-up with Kivarra and trying to catch a chicken.

Him and Kivarra work together to defeat Decade and he gave the rider belts to the Riders.

When in hospital she tries to convince Yuusuke to fight and he does it finally to see her smile. But before Yuusuke arrives back Yashiro dies in hospital.

Only Tsukasa and Natsumi have seen him when they where about to go to Kuuga's world. In episode 31, Tsukasa briefly gets transported somewhere dark and Wataru appears henshining and when he punches Tsukasa, Tsukasa is back.

Info: Kivat-Bat III is the third generation of the Kivat-Bat family and he is the bat that allows Wataru (Kamen Rider Kiva) to transform into Kiva. Kivarra (Younger sister) is a girl bat and she is very small. Kivara works with Narutaki and she also has the power to transport people to places and also to dfferent worlds. When Kivat is big and has a manly voice Kivarra is tiny and has a high voice. In episode 5 Kivat is taken away from Wataru by Beetle Fangire and he transforms into Kiva. Kivarra has much power but she is not able to make someone transform into a Rider unlike Kivat who can transform people into Riders. Kivarra travels with Eijiro, Natsumi, Tsukasa and Yuusuke around the remaining worlds.

Info: The Arms Monsters are monsters of the Wolfen Race, the Merman Race and the Franken Race. The Arms Monsters live in Castle Doran and they often enjoy a game of cards inside and they also often enjoy a game of chess with special pieces. They all supply the forms for Kiva and they all supply weapons for him. The Arms Monsters can disguise themselves as humans and in 1986 Garulu was a member of the Fangire Hunters. They all hate the Fangire and want to destroy them because the Fangire destroyed all of there race and home planet so they want to get revenge. When Beetle Fangire takes the position of King in Castle Doran they have to obey and kneel down to him even though he is not destine to be king.
