Info: Tsukasa is just and ordinary man who wants to capture the world but every time he takes a picture it is blurry. He has just found out that he is Kamen Rider Decade and he has to stop the 9 different worlds with nine different riders from combining into one world. Because of this he has the power to transform into any rider from the past ten years by going to their world and making a contract with them. In every world he has a different job and different employees depending on what jobs are like in that world/series.

Info: Decade form is the main form of this series and is the most commonly used. In every episode Decade Form appears and cards are used to transform into the different riders. 

Slash: Slash attack is an attack when Decade uses his ride booker to transform into a sword. The attack can destroy any monster, the attack is when his sword quickly slashes the target destroying them.

Blast: Blast attack is an attack when his ride booker turns into a gun and constantly fires bullets at the target. When the bullets are fired they are very fast and hard to dodge.

Dimension Kick: Dimension Kick is Decade's Rider Kick that is used in every series. His rider kick is many cards placed diagonally which he jumps up and through them creating power to defeat the selected Villain Group of the episode. 

Final Attack Ride: Final Attack Ride is an attack when Decade uses his rider kick horizontally but when he stops traveling through the cards used he uses his slash attack with extra charge to defeat the target. It is first used in episode 5 against the Fangire. 

Illusion: Illusion is an attack first used in episode 5 to fight against Kamen Rider Kaixa. The attack makes fake duplicates of Decade to trick the enemy into fighting the duplicates, not Decade.

Artillery: DecaDriver, MachineDecader, Ride Booker 

DecaDriver: The DecaDriver is the belt and cards that allows Tsukasa to transform into Decade. The DecaDriver is able to let Decade transform into any rider in the past ten years. When a card if about to be inserted into the DecaDriver it turns a quarter turn clockwise and can then be pushed in from both sides and it does a quarter turn anti-clockwise.

MachineDecader: The MachineDecader is Decade's motorbike which he travels to and from battles with. The MachineDecader can seat two people and can travel at high speeds to get to the scene of fighting quickly.

Ride Booker: The Ride Booker is used to store the Rider cards and can transform into a sword and a gun to use 2 special attacks. It is connected to the DekaDriver belt on the left side of Decade. The cards are always the ones that Decade wants and without the Ride Booker Decade wouldn't be able to transform.

Info: Decade uses Kiva form to fight against Knight and he uses the different forms that he has from the contract that they made in episode 5.

Info: Ryuki form is used in episode 8 to fight against one of The Undead. When using this form he uses his Strike Vent Attack to help him. Decade is able to transform into this because in episode 7 Ryuki and Decade made a contract to let Decade transform into a form the same as his.Only Strike Vent is on Decade's Deck because the contract that he made with Ryuki only has three cards.

Info: Agito form was used in episode 14 to fight against Natsumi as Den-O. This episode was only one episode forward from when the contract was made between Decade and Agito.

Rider Kick: Agito's Rider Kick was used in episode 14 to fight against Natsumi as Den-O when being possessed. Agito's Rider Kick is him jumping up into the air and thn just kicking the target.

Form Ride: Like the original Agito, Decade's Agito Form can transform into all of the different forms. They are Flame and Storm, when using these forms Decade can also use Agito's weapons with each form.
